1. Delivery Timeline

• Nairobi: Orders within Nairobi will be delivered within 4 hours of order confirmation.
• Countrywide: Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

2. Delivery Address

When placing an order, you are required to provide accurate and complete details for the delivery of your products to the specified destination. Any discrepancies or incomplete information may result in delays or non-delivery.

3. Delivery Charges

All product prices and charges are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES). Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of checkout and are bound to change depending on your location.

4. Delivery Failures

• Non-delivery Due to Legal Issues: If we are unable to deliver a product due to legal or regulatory reasons, Solarvet will either issue a refund or provide a credit for the amount paid.
